Just now, CH1_Fox said:There was real anger at the end today. Not seen anything like when the players walked over to SK1 after the game down there for as long as I can recall. It’s changing slowly…
There was definitely a change today. Hard to put finger on it but it felt different. You know something is wrong when UFS stop and there is no enthusiasm even when we are attacking. Our players were jeered and cheered ironically when taking free kicks or managing to pass the ball. I felt something changed today. I was foaming at the mouth and felt real dislike of the players and club. Fck me its not a nice feeling but im angry. Im not alone either

I've never left a game before the 90th minute until today. Utterly ashamed of our team.
In hindsight I should have stayed and joined the chorus of "not fit to wear the shirt", I was too angry at the time
I never have either but was tempted today. As i said in another thread i only stayed til the end to give them both barrels, the finger, the five knuckle shuffle sign and vent my anger. And im a calm guy in everyday life!!!
To top it all, i live in rugby which is big cov city country, and had the misfortune of going to a fireworks show tonight and getting a bunch of those fckers behind me, lapping it up, having a good laugh at us. One used the world capitulation, which whilst very accurate, im surprised they had the vocabulary.

Abdul was very poor again today though. His form has dipped so badly over the last few games, can't beat his man and still relying too much on the cut inside and shot.
He is one of the few i like but agree, hes a one trick pony and i think he could be much more. Looking for the far post curler almost every time. Predictable. A couple of worldies every few months is not enough

Past caring. These lads are on money we could only dream of, playing for the club i and many others would have killed to play for as kids and some are blatantly not giving everything. Upset? Bless them. 50k in their bank next friday will make them feel better. No sympathy. Disgusting bunch. You pay your money mate, i can't tell you what to do but we are told its a team game......and to me today what they served up was dog sh*t.

That's as bad as i can recall in a LOT of years. Abysmal. I only stayed til the end so i could give the unlikeable, lazy c**nts both barrels. And when i looked over to sk2 there were people on their feet clapping. To those people....what the f**k were you clapping ? Seriously, what?

I think today for me makes a new level of apathy. I didn’t watch and I wasn’t bothered because I knew what would happen. The passion will come back, and I’m not checking out (am taking my daughter to her first home game next weekend), but this is total shite and it’s no longer enjoyable to go to watch the game.
I get this. I think ill always have an interest even when i stop going -check results, read reports etc. But these days, and ive said it before, my personal enjoyment comes from odd moments rather than a commitment to the team.....Preston, mavididi goal at chelsea, ayew winner at saints. Not sure if its age and there's more to life or because the club and game are not the same as i fell in love with.
These days my enjoyment comes through seeing my daughters excitement and enjoyment. It is our thing. She is well into it and we are leicester fans living in cov city country so she is loving the banter at school. For me though i dont think id attend regularly these days if it wasn't for her. And today my response was "oh well" which would have been unthinkable a few years ago. Id have been angry.
Complete overhaul of players and new owners desperately needed.

Your average sunday league player can hit the penalty spot with a corner. Why cant our players even clear the first man half the time? Its ridiculous.

There’s a lot you can attribute to the club, but our fans cannot be arsed. That’s all there is to it.
There’s nothing to stop people opening their gob. Who else has a “Kop” that actively opposes tifos and makes less noise than the family stand?
Absolutely. Its excuses. Just sing. If you dont want to, just admit it rather than blame everything from Top to the sponsor, to the style of football to traffic cones (all of which ive read on here). Its ridiculous.
Its fck all to do with clubs current situation. Its possible to not like the owner and still want OUR team to win and to enjoy yourself at games. I wanted atmosphere at football and contributed the same when we were sh*t in league 1 as when we were premier league champions. Excuses excuses.
UFS provide a perfect base for everone who wants to sing. For 90 minutes there is generally a song being sung that you could join in with if you wanted to. They dont want to. Simple as that.

The trendy line when he was breaking through was that he was better than Chilwell. Now Aluko is better than Thomas apparently.
Aluko will get a year or so of support and then be the latest academy lad under the bus.
Agree. I personally want local/academy lads in the team. Bit of pride rather than mercenaries. I liked mcateer before his departure, you cant argue he didn't put a shift in or make an effort for the shirt. I prefer monga over mavididi. Preferred Kdh and Barnes to bought in players.
Lots will disagree but there has to be some ties with local area in the team. Its not like the big money players have all set the world alight in the main.

Im not one to be negative just because it seems fashionable to moan but I thought that was awful last night. Sheff weds, Birmingham were good, cov weren't bad for a 1230 k.o. But last night it was abysmal.
Yes i know the game wasnt great but seriously if you bought a ticket in sk1 last night and were one of the many not contributing , i have to ask why you chose to go in that section of the ground. Non singers outnumbering singers by a good proportion from what i saw. I know i cant control what people do or whether they sing but you realise sk1 is supposed to be the singing section? The loudest chants were directed at the ref when it seemed everyone joined in. Thats what it should be like for most songs.
I don't claim to be a PSG style ultra and im not a fanboy but UFS must wonder why they bother sometimes when all they get in response to their efforts is a half hearted mumble from large parts of sk1. There were a number of people around me who didn't sing a word all night, except at the ref.
Its meant to be fun in sk1. Thats why we go in there. Last night was embarassing. Come on lads....and girls. We can do much better.
