Hello Internet.
I have been a season ticket holder since 1989.
I will not be going next season.
I will either renew and "empty chair" until such time the "club" behaves like an actual club or just cancel outright.
I don't need to repeat all the failings of the current regime, they are obvious, but the mandatory digital footprint is the final straw.
For those of you arguing that this is just "progress" or "normal these days", I feel sad for the digital, compliant populace future, being embraced by, dare I say it, a grossly mistaken view or ignorance of how the rights of the individual were hard won. Dramatic I know, but look at the bigger picture beyond LCFC.
Having read the minutes of the "fan consultations" published as somehow permission for the actions of the club, I am appalled. Especially the 'just do it" line regarding the implementation of mandatory digital footprint.
These people, apart from UFS, do not represent me, or the views of any of the 20 or so people I attend games with. Proof that the world is ran by people with the spare time to attend the most meetings. Perhaps they have spare time because their input is not a valued commodity elsewhere.
The "club" needs to regain it's identity.
Support non-league in the meantime.
