Basically, the club tends to go for:
• Managers in the 42–46 age range
• Experience in the Championship/Premier League or as a high-level assistant in England (like at the Manchester clubs)
• A preference for a back four (4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3)
• One interesting detail: all of them had already faced Leicester before, either as a manager or assistant
• And a career points per game average between 1.35 and 1.71
