I initially registered to provide information for when u play us the coming season. But seeing comments about Bim and Tolly thought I would give a Janners perspective.
Last March the club held a fans forum. It came up about player sales. It was stated that there are two valuations of a player, what they could raise by selling him against and what it would cost to replace. The second is the value that he brings on the pitch. The value over the season from Tolly was 18 goals in 33 matches plus 7 assists. Obviously his value on the pitch is far greater value to us than anything we could hope to obtain. Yes all players have a price but I cannot see the club selling either of them this summer, as the club's stance has been the same when asked throughout the summer, that the budget is set as the same as last year and they have no plans to sell any of the squad. Should we fail to go up this season then I can see the pair being sold next summer.
