  1. I am surprised that nobody misses the one & only Bernie, ...........................out of sight out of mind! Has anyone seen anything of him lately?
  2. Does anyone actually know the true reason that Brendan treats him like a leper? I remember there was a period last season when he was brought on as a 'impact' substitute & he played very well. I think it's pretty obvious that on a personal level they won't be sending each other Christmas cards?
  3. I presume that you never saw David Nish when he played for City? Sold to Derby County when Brian Clough was their manager, he bought the best full back in England. I do agree with you that young Thomas is going to be a great asset to City.
  4. When Kasper comes to retire, I hope City will keep him on the payroll in a coaching capacity. i think he would make a good manager after some time spent coachjng. i hope if he does go into management, that it will be with City. What a brilliant signing he has proved to be, thank you Leeds United your loss was our gain & a free transfer if my memory serves me right?
  5. If it weren't for one player, I could vote for Man City, that player is Shitbag Marez !!! I really dislike that twat since he came out & said that he wasted 2 years at Leicester City plus the other detrimental things he has said about our club. The only club I want to win the Prem. is the Foxes of course but the only other team I could bear to see win is Southampton & they've got no chance!
  6. I thought that Mark had a very good game Thursday against the Portugese. Playing wing back is his best position in the team, he has looked well good these past games that he has started. He has still got plenty to offer, excellent squad member.
  7. God forbid but if we wanted to sell him in the January window, we could get the same money as we sold McGuire for 70/80 million! Their names are never mentioned, but I believe that we have got a terrific scouting squad, just look at the brilliant players we have brought to the football club in recent years, priceless!!!
  8. That's 2 really good strong teams, but it's hard to leave out Praet & Mendy who have played really well so far., also JJ has done a great job since we signed him. I don't envy Brendan who has a difficult job to do in keeping everyone happy & we don't want to lose anybody as we have got a really great squad now.
  9. It was a mutual love affair, we loved him & he loved us ! RIP Vichai, we will never, ever forget you. Let's get the statue made & put in place asap.
  10. Are you really serious or is it a wind up? Arsenal only had one shot on target 2nd half, but theirs didn't go in the net.........ours did!!!
  11. OK Guys, this is just a thought. If Man.Utd & Liverpool want to piss off to Europe, LET THEM GO!!! Then the Rest of us & The Premier League gaffers invite Glasgow Rangers & Celtic to leave the Scottish Premier & come down & join us in the English Premier League?
  12. Under: Give him a start in place of who? Yes he is definitely an excellent signing, but who can you drop to the bench? Likewise, when Ndidi is fit to play, how can you drop Mendy the way he is playing every game? Ditto Soyuncho? Drop Fofana???? Drop Evans???? I don't envy Brendan who has some difficult choices to make. I think the one easy decision will be to bring back Ricardo once he is fit again.
  13. He hadn't been cleared as a foreign player to qualify to play in The premiership. He should be ok for the MAN city game.
  14. I would like to see Ianaecho ( you know who I mean) brought in to replace Perez. He had been doing well last season but Rodgers still didn't give him a fair chance. I get the impression that Rodgers is not his biggest fan. Then we would have Barnes raiding on the left & Nacho on the right, he's got goals in him. GIVE THE LAD A CHANCE!!!
  15. 50 million for Englands first choice left back? I think Chelsea got a steal & we lost out. However, the good news this week is that Madison has signed a new contract. Here's hoping we beat Chelsea & finish above them at the end of the season.
  16. Lets have a large statue commissioned of the Legendary Bernie !!!
  17. I hope you are right, but IMO it depends largely on our football club being able to retain Brendan Rodgers as our manager/Head Coach. Also there is one other thing stopping Leicester City being recognised as a 'big club' & that is the capacity of the stadium. Psychologically a football club with a crowd capacity of 32,000 will never be considered to be a big club. I know it is planned to increase it to 42,000, but I believe it will not be ready for a further 3 years or more?
  18. There are several countries going flat out to produce a vaccine to give immunity to the virus. When this is discovered & there is enough to treat everyone, this could well be the point when sport & entertainment could get back to normal??? Personally whilst there is still a chance of being infected by the virus, I will not be in a stadium with 32,000 supporters!
  19. We can never repay him or his wonderful family for what they have done for our football club. RIP Vichai
  20. Yes indeed we are very fortunate to have such a wonderful family as owners of our beloved football club. Top is a chip off his dear father, how blessed we are to have him to take the helm after the tragic event which took the life of his father, our fantastic chairman. We will never forget what a wonderful, kind & generous man he was. I thank you Top for your letter to us the supporters, we are remembering your beloved father not only on his birthday, but every day, I pray that you & your family will stay safe during these difficult times & also everyone connected to o
  21. I agree with what you say however, in my opinion if the players had an ounce of decency in their bodies, they would tell the board of directors not to cut the wages of the low paid background people, instead take a percentage from our many £housands of £'sss that we are paid every week!!! I would feel a great deal of respect if the highly paid players were to do this.
  22. Desperate times call for desperate measures, hence the reason that Rogers brought on the one & only BERNIE at half time to replace Kasper. For some reason Watford don't get within 30 yards of Citys goal, it's as if there is an electric fence around their goal mouth. Suddenly the Watford crowd behind the city goal start throwing missiles at the innocent Bernie who hasn't even touched the ball. The Ref has to stop the game in order to clear the pitch of Lynx spray deodorant! The game is abandoned & the hero BERNIE kept a clean sheet ( not off his own bed).
  23. That's great news. He is Mr Reliable, still does a great job.
