Started watching it last night. I was in my 40s at the time and had taken PanAm 103 a few times in the previous few years, so it was proper scary. The Beeb seem to have done their usual efficient and respectful job of telling the story, but itβs not an enjoyable watch. I will, however, continue.
One interesting side-story which I didnβt realise at the time was the way that the first suspect followed up by the FBI was a Muslim passenger, purely on the basis of his friendships.
The Kegworth air crash happened a couple of weeks afterwards, and it seemed that UK air travel was suddenly very dangerous, although the two incidents were not connected.
