how about dario gradi from crewe. i'm being serious. He is good at bringing on younger players. And would do wonders for the club in the long-term. he has done miracles at a small club like crewe.

With over twenty years of his managerial career spent at crewe, its unlikely he'd come here in a hurry. Besides, most people wouldn't want to give him twenty years to prove himself.
