Im a techie dimwit, so if you can help please reply in simple form! 

 

My hotmail account has been fine for years but over the last month most of my emails go into my spam/junk folder. I can get them out by moving to my inbox, but the next time i receive one from the same sender that goes into junk. Is there any way i can just click on something that says something like.... always trust this sender? 

 

So bloody frustrating ?
