Rincewind Posted 16 November 2005 Posted 16 November 2005 I've got a NTL email address which I cant access. I managed to work out my user name and posted on the recover password page for my password. The next screen was 'We have sent an email to your NTL email inbox with your sign in name and password.' Very clever. I found an email address and asked how the hell am I going to see that information if I cannot sign in? I was trying to open a new account but before I enter a new one I have to tell them my old one so I'll give up on them. I could open another Hotmail address for the free stuff then forget about it.
