Trying to pre order new home shirt

I am trying to get in touch with the club, mainly shop in order to pre order a new home shirt. When I log on to the LCFC site I can get to the check out but then it will not let me finish off. O am in Australia but when I call the club I get a message to say nobody is available to take my call. It appears to be the opayo checker that is causing the problem. Has anybody else had a problem trying to pre order? Just asking and wondering why I cannot get in touch with the club.

I’m replying so you don’t think you are being ignored on here, I haven’t got the answer for you unfortunately

From what you have said sounds like it’s the payment failing? If so could you use another card? Are you using a MasterCard or Visa as they don’t except cards like Amex, Is your card set up for international payments? Have you had a new card recently that could have reset the international payment authority?

Got it sorted, not sure what was the problem, but the regionid thing still comes up, however I got in touch by phone with the shop and we did the transaction over the phone. Shirt on its way to Perth.
