Memorabillia/Signature Authentication

Does anyone know how/where I can get a piece of signed sports memorabilia authenticated? I think I mentioned once on here a while ago that I have a Leicester Tigers shirt from 2001, signed by the whole team that won the Heineken Cup that year.

 

I'm donating the shirt to a work colleague to be auctioned off to raise money for her kids Rugby team, and although I know it's authentic, there's no paperwork with it. I think it would raise more money if it had some sort of certificate of authenticity, but I have no idea where to even start looking for a company that can do it
