Fitbit sense2 calls not connecting

Bit of a long shot but bought a sense2 Fitbit and the option for sense2 calls isn’t connecting with Bluetooth on my phone. Have tried factory reset which then connects it for a few seconds but then disconnects again. Don’t suppose anyone has ever had similar? Actual Fitbit connects fine

On mine, I scroll across the watch face, click  settings then vibration and audio, scroll down to on wrist calls and make sure its on.

Check your phone bluetooth to make sure they're connected.

Mine isn't a Sense 2 but must be similar

In the end I needed to reinstall the Fitbit app. It was still thinking it was connecting to an old Fitbit I think. Even though it was synching through new data.
