Then you have them insulting young and old who were protesting about Brenda, over the years what has Bason done to encourage anyone new to join - let alone young fans? The rush to sign up only came when everyone realised for the first time that the board could (and should) be changed so it represented the full fanbase and not the interests of a handful of individuals.

 

 

I don't recall there being a meeting or vote of the members to see who their preferred candidate for the FAB was. First anyone knew about someone being chosen was the LCFC post. Felt very Jobs for The Boys

A vehicle for Bason to do nothing at all apart from send late night emails and to snake his way onto the FAB. In my very short time on board he Ignored every challenge made for fear of his own relationships and had other dinosaurs nodding along thinking the club were on our side. He shouldn’t be in the trust at all anymore in any capacity, he’s mugged everyone off for self gain for years it seems.

 

Ironically the FAB will now be the biggest challenge to the Trust / UFS et al getting any ear time with the club, while his majesty sits there smirking in matching club pyjamas holding hands with the hierarchy.

Totally agree.

 

It was one man’s strategy to get on the FAB and then take a back seat so he would’ve positioned others accordingly.
 

Steve would’ve been the better person IMO to have on the FAB as he is more open to challenging the club with the betterment of fan relations in mind. 

 

At one point His Majesty was happy to agree with the club that if they shared their finances with The Trust (him), he wouldn’t be allowed to discuss them with any other members. I mean if that’s not one man in it for himself then I don’t know what is.

Having a read of the latest Trust newsletter, they are doing some really good work. It looks very active.
