Whenever I’ve bought tickets from someone off here, I’ll always arrange to collect and pay in person.

Sadly Royal Mail are not what they used to be. Look at the small print on 'Guaranteed Next Day' and you'll find that is not actually guaranteed but rather an aspiration and that if it doesn't arrive within a certain amount of days, after 'next day',  you can apply for a refund. Sucks!

Nothing to do with Royal Mail or the buyer. It's all on the seller because OP said:

Yeah. But my point still stands. Buyers and sellers can’t even rely on ‘Guaranteed Next Day’ because that phrase is actually a trademarked product, which is not actually guaranteed next day. It can take days. Just wanted to make people aware.
