The result has been progress. Small steps, but progress. 
 

They don’t need a medal or expect a miracle. But probably also don’t deserve people trying to undermine what they’re trying to do because of whatever personal gripes/history they have.

 

Appreciate the luck, and don’t doubt we’ll need it.

Nothing was undermining or personal. It's merely some expectation management for those that may not understand how clubs work. I would LOVE to be wrong.
