Access blocked when trying to buy tickets

Does anyone get the access blocked message when trying to buy tickets? I am not clicking too fast or using any special software. I am told Jave IS working on my PC. Why is this happening?

Are you using a vpn?  Ive had this from the city site and also ticketmaster when logged on with my work network (yes yes i know i should be working).  It thinks you are a robot.  Try from a different device.  Failing that i dont know.  Worth a phone call to them

I'm getting this on desk top. I thought it was my workplace banning me from buying tickets & needing time off work . However, I can buy tickets on mobile/app
