I think we're just employing the wrong type of manager as it's them that set the culture, intimacy, comradery not the owners although their probably in their image

 

I don't believe the likes of Brian Little, Micky Adams, Martin O'Neil, Nigel Pearson would have tolerated the current mental collapse.

 

Unfortunately Brendan Ego Rogers was the first and set up and introduced the notion of egotism to his and future teams were vanity, self-importance, and conceit are rife.

 

Martin Russell seems to be from the same bad seed.
