As a manager, he worked under severe financial austerity for 4 years but still turned Hearts, consistently, into the "best of the rest" behind the Old Bigots. However, his parting shot, after humbling Edinburgh's perennial losers aka Hibs ("Hubz" "the weetam") will take some beating, no matter who we get as a manager. When he first came to Hearts he stamped his authority on the players right away. The Premier league in Scotland tried a winter break for a few seasons, having the whole of January off and most of the players would arranged holidays with their families. Well CL was not happy with the effort they had put in at the start of the season so they had to cancel the holidays and come in for extra training. That's the sort of man you are getting. He will show the players who is boss and sort out the men from the boys If any of your players ever read this message board they better get their fingers out, cuase Craigs about PS check out who Graeme Hogg was and what happened to him when he argued with CL when they were both players
