I need a new one to sign up to ebay, i currently have one with Natwest, but that is blocked by Ebay, so basically i need to get another debit card from either Natwest (if you can have 2) or another bank.

What kind of ID do i need to open another account, and what is the best bank to go to?

depends what sort of things u want it to offer

if u only want a debit card wouldnt of thought it mattered what bank u went with

Why would be your card be banned by ebay?

If you go a bank, you'll need a couple of forms of ID, i.e passport and driving license, plus 3-6 months of bank statements from a previous bank.
