Mort Posted 9 August 2006 Share Posted 9 August 2006 After the match against Burnley it must be pretty clear to all and sundry that we need some width in the midfield. Fryatt and Hume cant do squat without any service and they are just not getting it… widening the midfield would go a long way to giving them the chances they need, so many times last night I saw both Hume and Fryatt battling away with zero support and zero service… it’s hardly surprising that towards the death, with Low and Hammond on, we started to pick up a bit more. It obvious that the whole Tiatto/Maybury experiment hasn’t worked… Tiatto is simply crap while Maybury is hopelessly out of position, with any luck our performances over the last two matches will convince RK of this and actually play folks in the right position. What where peoples’ thoughts… is there a shot that we’ll actually see some change after this pretty disastrous start to the season?

Thracian Posted 9 August 2006 Share Posted 9 August 2006 Trouble is I've heard Kelly hint at things before and sod all has really happened. All that bullshit about every place being up for grabs for a start then announcing he knew the team he wanted to play a day or so later....
