Do a bit of trial and error! I did and I managed to get it to play through windows media player, stopped buffering when I did that.

Right clcik the screen and there an option with just the letter F, click that and should go full screen as it does on mine, and to exit just press escape, but be warned it makes the quality of the pic shite.
