Geo V Posted 28 February 2007 Posted 28 February 2007 Not many to be honest. I have a signed Oxford United centenary football that I persuaded my parents to buy for me on a TV Telethon for £100 god knows how many years ago. That fat pig Roert Maxwell has scribbled on the ball along with loads of celebs and the Oxford squad that includes Dean Saunders . I also have an Arsenal signature book full up after a VIP win for my school footy team when I used to live in Cambridgeshire. A trip down to see the Gooners train and then the likes of Marriner, Woodcock, Nicholas and the rest signed along as part of the prize. I bought a Jamie Carragher signed photo on Ebay for £40 in aid of a mate who was the first to die in the bombings in Egypt. We started a fund and wrote to all clubs to get something to donate. Leicester came through with a voucher for 4 to have a tour around the Walkers! We sold that for £60. The only top 10 club that bothered was Liverpool and the better feedback remarkably came from the lower league teams. The rich dont care!! And finally, my pride and joy, amongst the 10 LCFC footy shirts that I would never sling out is one from the 1996 season that Steve Walsh and Stevie Claridge signed when I spotted the buggers tucking into a burger at some service station. I then took off the shirt and bought some ropey T-Shirt and have since framed it.
