hello does any body no where the ticket collection point is

if your standing looking at the mega store your go right, past the ticket office and its a white trailer just before main reception

it is close to the entrance of the ticket office. quite easy to find as it is above head height.

Indeed - it's the little white caravan with the large queues outside of it right next to the ticket office. Easy to find.
