Festival Website comedyfestival/myspace facebook/comedyfestival Jimmy Carr is on De Montfort 8th and 15th. Ticket prices £19.50. May see if they have any tickets left for the 8th. One date I have off. After seeing his DVD I reckon it'll be a ggood night.

I expect Jimmy Carr's been sold out for quite a while. PS asked about the USA fbeer festival at the Criterion. He was being tight-lipped about it. But did say Steam and Liberty were on. Will know more after today.

ANCHOR Steam West Coast Classic 4.8% £2.30 1/2 pint FLYING DOG Old Scratch Premium strength amber 5.3% £2.60 350ml bottle (continental type) They only have 24 or 48 bottles of each beer so may run out of some by the weekend. Price put me off trying more but the above two were OK. Theres some IPA's on. a porter and a chocolate stout. And one from LEFT HAND with added ginger called Juju.
