Simi Posted 18 February 2008 Share Posted 18 February 2008 From the OS. Ian Holloway's Leicester City side look set to be backed by a 5,000-stong Blue Army when the Foxes take on the Sky Blues this weekend. The club confirmed on Monday morning that they had acquired a further 2,000 tickets for the game after selling out their initial allocation of 3,000 for the mouth-watering clash. Article continues Advertisement Holloway's men go to the Ricoh Arena looking to build on their 4-0 thumping of Norwich City. And leading goalscorer Iain Hume says the supporters could make all the difference come 3pm on Saturday. He said: "There were almost 26,000 fans inside the Walkers on Saturday which is absolutely outstanding. It was great for us to be able to finally pay them back for their amazing support. "We now need to go to Coventry and build on the Norwich result. Our problem is consistency. We have proved what we can do in front of our own supporters - now it is time to do it again. "It promises to be a tremendous atmosphere. We took over 5,000 fans to the Ricoh in 2006 and that was a game that sticks out in my mind. There were hundreds of fans to greet us off the coach when we arrived at the ground. It will be brilliant to have the backing of so many once again this weekend." Tickets are priced at £23 for adults, £11.50 seniors, young adults aged 16-18, students with a valid NUS card, £8.50 juniors under 7, £9.50 juniors aged 7 -12 and £10.50 juniors aged 13-15.
