Stand up. Better atmosphere helps the team.

I dont need to stand up to do that...

Grounds where alot of people stand always have a better atmosphere. Like Filbert Street to the Walkers. Used to have alot of the Kop standing and always was brilliant atmoshere there. Now there is only about 50-100 people standing in L1 and I think it is still a poor atmosphere around the ground.

Always thought the Kop at Filbert Street was loud because all the loud people were together and not spaced out like at the Walkers. The fans were closer to the pitch, and the place generally was a lot more enclosed.

I say again: the club can be in trouble if people persist in standing in seated areas.

People like to use the lack of standing as a convenient excuse for the lack of atmosphere.

The stadium is designed to keep noise in, so different areas of the ground can't hear others, thus don't join in.

The 'singers' are located in two parts of the stadium.

The WS saw an increase of about 50% in capacity over Filbo. It is perfectly feasible those who came when we were filling the ground never went to Filbo much, so don't know the songs in the first place.

I've been to some away games where we've sat, and created a fantastic atmosphere. Lack of standing is only a small part of the problem.
