FilboFox Posted 5 June 2008 Posted 5 June 2008 I know he may have been arguably the best manager that Chelsea have ever had but this is now ridiculous... the BBC, Sky Sports and pretty much every other flaming channel or news broadcaster have some sort of obsession with him even though he no longer manages Chelsea and isn't even in England at all!!! OK, he did well at Chelsea and won them their first league title but its ludicrous that he should still be being brought up nearly every week! He did well at Porto, but what he did wasn't that outstanding really... Porto are already a big team there and SHOULD be doing well... the Champions League title was about the only amazing thing but I really do think it was a fluke and a real season of shocks as Monaco made the final and nobody can say that either of them are particularly big teams in Europe. At Chelsea, once again he did well but with all the money in the world he could want at a football club, he still didn't win them everything again and again and it is probably the reason he left as it was his failure to make them a TEAM that is why they are still failing. Now at Inter, it should be interesting to see what he can do considering the importance of the team and what is expected of them... I can really see him failing and not lasting long. As you can probably tell, I HATE Mourinho... the self proclaimed 'Special One'... well, when he proves himself as a 'Special One', then and ONLY then will I class him as one of the great managers around. BUT, back to the point, I really am tired of always hearing about him when we have nothing to do with him at all... please... MOVE ON, he's gone... why don't we talk of some of the other big managers as much!?! Let it go... keeping on talking about him will only fuel his completely deranged idea that he is 'Special'.

Uncle Albert Posted 5 June 2008 Posted 5 June 2008 You want everyone to stop talking about him but you dedicate a thread to him.
