Ben Posted 2 January 2009 Posted 2 January 2009 It won't let me sign in, it just says 'Error code: 80072efd'. I click the troubleshoot button and it comes up with a list of tests results. There is a tick next to each one except for 'Key Ports' where it there's an exclamation mark. Below them it says this could be due to improper proxy or firewall settings. I click the 'repair' button and it comes up with a list of options/links which I tried but have had no luck so far. Anyone got any suggestions or know how to fix the problem? Cheers
