Ideally one that would be able to log contact event against both the client and the contact Any ideas? Is there any way a database like this could be made in Excel??? Cheers

Cheers It would probably be easier to just go with some recruitment software rather than try and make your own. I'd recommend checking out ITRIS as I have used that in the past: http://www.itris.co.uk/
