Promotion is the theme of this week's podcast as BBC 5 Live's Mark Clemmit is joined at the Walkers Stadium by three members of the Leicester City staff. Manager Nigel Pearson is the show's main guest, comparing the emotion of promotion to the Championship with Jimmy Glass' last minute goal to keep Carlisle in The Football League in 1998/99 when he was in charge at Brunton Park.

Striker Matt Fryatt talks about the promotion party on the bus home and goalkeeper David Stockdale, on loan from Fulham, explains why he is sure he will be able to get his hands on a League 1 winner's medal.

Wolverhampton Wanderers Chief Executive Jez Moxey also drops in to discuss Wolves' long awaited promotion to the top flight and what it means to everyone at Molineux and Drummer Paul Buckle from the band tipped to be the next big thing, Them:Youth, discusses namesakes, celebrity fans and his beloved Brentford.
