What you cannot deny Gradel performed extremely well for Bournemouth for a whole season in League One. He may not have been quite as consistent for us but he still made goals and added a bit of crucial flair. I personally don't think another loan spell in League One would do any good, we need him here because we don't have anyone else. Plus I think he'd get quite disillusioned if Pearson decided to send him out on loan again, I'm sure there are plenty of championship clubs willing to take a chance on him.
