h1210 Posted 27 December 2009 Posted 27 December 2009 I picked up my tickets for yesterdays match and in the envelope along with my tickets was a blue Leicester City card with 'Platinum Plus Under 22 09-10' and my name and client number written on. Nothing was mentioned to me when I ordered my tickets over the phone so I might just be being a bit thick but I'm not sure if this is a membership card or what? I've only missed one or two home matches this season so I wonder if I've been given free membership? Can anyone enlighten me?
Guest Posted 27 December 2009 Posted 27 December 2009 To be honest, I would contact the Ticket Office direct and ask them.

Can anyone enlighten me? Sounds like a membership card to me. To be honest if you've only missed two home matches this season and bought matchday tickets for each game you really ought to have bought a season ticket! Or failing that, a membership cos you can get £2 off matchday prices with a membership.
taffyfox Posted 8 January 2010 Posted 8 January 2010 I buy my tickets on line and am a member.... Is there anyway I can claim my £2 discount online? Still paying full prices at the mo!!! Any ideas?

No, the best thing to do is to send an email to the ticket office and quote your membership number and ask them to call you back. That way you get your £2 discount.
h1210 Posted 11 January 2010 Author Posted 11 January 2010 Apologies for dragging this thread back up but I've been away. I contacted the ticket office and apparantly I recieved it because I'd used the 5 for £75 ticket offer which would be roughly equivalent to buying Platinum membership (although this is the second time this season I've done so). @Anish, A season ticket doesn't suit me due to financial reasons and in hindsight I probably should have got membership at the start of the season. Having said that, I've made the most out of that many different ticket incentives this year the saving probably wouldn't be all that much. @TaffyFox, I can now purchase tickets online with £2 discount so I'd get in touch with them. Personally I never bother because of the service charge they add on, I know it's only a quid but the principal pisses me off so I just e-mail them instead.
