I was at Filbert Street that day (October 72 I think) and can't remember, the exact date, the score, or the players that played that day. A good game from what I can remember. Pretty sure a few fireworks went off inside and outside Filbo, given the date, inevitable. Goals: LC - Sammels & Farrington; MU: Best and Davies Team: Shilton, Whitworth, Rofe, Sammels, Munro, Cross, Farrington, Birchenall, Weller, Worthington, Glover. Att: 32,575 I've got the programme somewhere, so if you want a scanned copy PM me and I'll send it. That was the season Bloomfield changed our colours to all white because he wanted us to be more like Leeds Utd!
