Do you have difficulty walking Mikey?

I ask because of the distance of six miles and was just making a genuine enquiry into how challenging that will be for you?

I didn't set the distance, the sponsor site did.

And either way it's for a good cause.

I should add that i'm doing this because a friend has recently gone through breast cancer and thought she had overcome it only to find 2 weeks ago that she now has possible lung cancer too. So myself and her husband are doing the walk.

I agree, great cause.

Didn't realise it was a 10k/6mile thing that is an arranged event, I wondered that because the distance is not onerous and it being a sponsored event, I was simply attempting to measure what sort of a challenge it would be for you as an individual, I did wonder if you might have some mobility differences, that's all.

Well my friends husband had already signed up for it and i said i'd go along as well and see what money i could raise too. I don't have any mobility issues at all, although i do have a dodgy back that has buggered me up on more than a few occasions so hopefully it'll hold out. ha

I realise i probably should have said from the very first post the reason why i was doing it. lol

I just wondered if I was missing something that's all mate - didn't wish to offend, I hope you raise some cash and have some good weather for your walk.
