Rincewind Posted 4 November 2011 Author Posted 4 November 2011 Yes there was quite a bit. I had my small laptop and couldnt connect with the wi-fi there until the battery had about run out. This is on Saturday night there. Hoping to go.
themotivator Posted 4 November 2011 Posted 4 November 2011 yes i will be there on saturday too. my girlfriend is especially looking forward to that film. the wifi can be a bit tricky, they change the passwords regularly, but it always runs smoothly for me.

Rincewind Posted 5 November 2011 Author Posted 5 November 2011 Just got back from Page One. Pretty good film. I never realised that so many American papers have closed down. Newspapers are having to rethink how they operate. Anyone can report news nowdays. All you need is a web or blog page, surf the net and reproduce it. The reason the NY Times is still going is that a lot of other newspapers take their stories off them but even they were in a dillema when the Wikkileaks was about. They broke the story but it was going around on the web before. What time is the kick-off tomorrow. there is a media day at the Phoenix Square and some things I may be interested in.
