It's not like he rang up Sky and asked them if he could come on. He also probably didn't know he'd be that uncomfortable infront of a camera.

No but they must have rang him up and he must have said yes because I did not see any shotguns pointing at his head. And as far as i know he did not wake up in bed to find a hoses head next to him as a reminder of the "offer" he couldn't refuse.
