Rincewind Posted 8 March 2012 Posted 8 March 2012 The Fest has started. Been thewre most of the day. Not drinking (well I did some) but working. Sent an Email for a job at the speedway. Car park attendent. Got a phone call not long after. Asked if I had a photo ID Driving license/passport. I had to say I didnt drive and my passport was out of date. She said well I'm afraid we cant see you without an ID. I was all set up for an interview. Now I cannot find my SIA badge/railcard/buspass. They were in a card carrier.. Just hope I havent lost them. Went to my writers' group and just before in the canteen I wrote another story in my ale tales series involving The Three Cask Of Beers. It takes place at Leicester beers Fest and the lights go out and the blind one Dangler and his dog Boozer saves everyone. Now heres the wierd thing during the beer fest the lights did actually go out for a few minutes but unlike mine there was not pandamonim with people bunping into each other. I mine at 12pm. The fest started at 5pm.
