Then you have to learn how to speak to the caller, and you being in command of the converstaion. Training was everyday 4-10 but soemtimes we got let out early and still got paid so its all good! And yesterday i went Birmingham to the Skill Centre and got to smasha doorglass which was good. And i think we got paid for that aswell. Im finding it hard to beleive they are training me up this much when they know im going to leave at the end of summer! but i dont care...im getting paid (and taxed loads!!!!!) for not doing much!

Not feeling too well though, got a bit of a sore throat. I took my first call though yesterday. Some guy needed a rear windscreen but i think i might of booked an appointment but there isnt any glass in stock. Aahh well...i just take the call so its not my problem! Im going to take more calls today though so it will be interestin to see how i do! Dunno what im doing after work, might go out to the pub or something. What bout you?
