Bettsj2 Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 This atmosphere debate has already been solved. People who want to sing, go to The standing section and sing. Thats it. One guy had a really good point about people comparing it to Filbert Street. That place didnt rock on a regular basis. There were times where that place was a library. I remember one match against Birmingham their fans were chanting 'Leicester, Leicester' sarcasticly as nobody was sunging despite us being 3-0 up and heading for the play offs. The atmosphere at the King Power is controlled by the fans and the fans alone. All the talk of, the musics too loud, they're playing the wrong songs, those seats are more expensive etc is all just balls. The tannoy at Filbert Street was incredibly loud and always feeding back, but in Pen 1 where I had my ticket, it didnt matter because the singing drowned it out if we wanted it to. If you really want to sing, go to where they sing and sing. Dont just moan about it and try and blame someone else.
Ely fox Posted 11 December 2012 Posted 11 December 2012 I hate that song when your smiling it is a bit dull and dreary, the melody is a bit boring imo ...
