Ticket office shambles

never mind the office, the website is the worst. I've been trying all day to buy tickets for the next two games, tried on 3 different computers and a tablet, the tickets wont ever transfer to the basket. Pile of crap which really needs sorting, had the same before the ipswich game and had to spend 30 mins on the phone to the ticket office.

this is what the thread is all about, how many other people have the same problem and just don't bother? At the end of the day the less people that attend means less atmosphere and more important less revenue!

As mentioned in the FCC thread, LCFC contacted Birmingham very early on about trying to get an increased allocation but they were only willing to give us 400 more tickets which were then sold out. That's down to Birmingham, nothing to do with our ticketing policy.

LCFC were not told about the extra allocation that was available on the night.

ok did not know that ta

Probably plenty.

I've even registered a new account and installed a new browser.

It's piss poor.

For 4 days I've tried to buy tickets online using 2 different accounts. 3 different computers, 4 different web browsers, 3 different operating systems and 2 different internet connections.

Each time it refuses to transfer tickets to basket after selecting them regardless to where in the ground I choose the seats.

I'm assuming this is an issue that affects everyone? and yes, I'm sure some people would give up and not bother. Sad really.
