Guest MattP Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 Moving a lower league game so that you could show a 3pm game on tv, or move the game on tv so that people can attend the lower league game at 3pm... What's the difference really? The deciding factor would be logistics, and since it's easier for people to watch on tv at odd times, and more difficult for away clubs and fans to attend games at odd times, it makes sense to keep the gamed you want people to attend at the most convenient time, saturday 3pm. It's the most convenient time, transport wise, for away fans. All about the Saturday 3pms for me. The amount of games moved to Sundays or late K/Os where away fans physically can't get the last train home is a disgrace. Pretty much this, it's become a "sacred" slot for a reason, it's the most convienient time for most people on a Saturday. People like to chill out or go out on a Saturday night, they generally like to get their chores done on a Saturday morning hence middle of the afternoon on a Saturday is the perfect time for most people. We arrange kick off times for the majority of people in the country to make it as easy as possible to attend for most. 11am
