Make yourself different game

I remember a good while back I went onto something where you could use a picture of yourself on your computer and add effects to see what you are like in 30 years. You can also see you as a woman and what you would be if you were black.

Does anyone have a link to this or anything the same? Ive searched but cant find anything.

But that program is very different, and morphs to animations, not just adding effects to the pic, which is what I want!
