Ultra Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 Tiger Woods isn't THAT safe a bet, especially given his poor record in adverse weather conditions. A European win in the open, or indeed ANY major, is long overdue. I'll go for Justin Rose.
l444ry Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 Just layed Woods at 3.85. He is only 192nd in the fairways hit stats this season. He can't afford to be that bad this week. Hopefully he'll have one bad round and then I'll back him at the higher odds in-running. Niclas Fasth could be a good bet for too European as he's at the top of his game right now.
Thracian Posted 20 July 2007 Posted 20 July 2007 It's always hard to bet against Tiger but I've gone for Sergio. He's got the game and seems relaxed. If the belly putter keeps working he'll be a hard guy to to catch.
