davieG Posted 6 May 2005 Posted 6 May 2005 Bradford City keeper Paul Henderson has been training with Coca-Cola Championship side Leicester City. The 29-year old Australian, who recently turned down the offer of a new contract with the Bantams and has not played since, has been at the Walkers Stadium for the last two days in the hope of impressing Manager Craig Levin who is looking for back-up to former England keeper Ian Walker. He will be back in West Yorkshire later on Friday to travel as goalkeeping cover for City's final game of the season away at Oldham Athletic. Link
Ric Flair Posted 6 May 2005 Posted 6 May 2005 Fair play to Levein for getting players in on trial to have a look at them. I have heard this chap is quite handy actually, but his age doesn't fit Levein's bill does it?

Hulse4England Posted 6 May 2005 Posted 6 May 2005 henderson might be good in league 1 but in the championship i dont think so! WE MUST KEEP WALKER LEVEIN!!!!
Hazza Posted 6 May 2005 Posted 6 May 2005 He'd be good backup, very highly rated from what i've heard.
