You do realise we are playing Hull tonight or have you not realised that yet?
Did I say we were playing Millwall tonight?
Get back to your homework.

Were not playing Milwall.
Yes I know that. Can you actually spell?

I’m not hopeful about tonight’s game.
I saw Millwall at Qpr on Saturday. They looked really good, two big cb’s and quick upfront and competitive. We’d have to improve dramatically to get a draw or win. I hope I’m wrong.

Soumare playing 😫

There are no circumstances in which a wrongly awarded penalty can be regarded as ‘fair’. The fact that you also saw it wrong doesn’t change that.
The reason VAR was brought in at higher levels of the game was to deal with terrible decisions like yesterday’s. And it’s not going away.
I didn’t think it was a foul.

Nothing wrong with that challenge at all. If he doesn't make the challenge there is a chance the Swansea player gets there to get the cross in. Just because it's Faes everyone will jump on him.
They don't even appeal for it.
I didn’t think it was a foul. You must see at least ten tackles like that every game.

It was never in doubt

I didn’t think Ayew was that bad against Cov.

I thought overall we played well.

That’s really sad. My wife had the same diagnosis a few years ago. There’s only a very slight chance of an operation.

This was decades ago, back in 1982 when Alan Young stepped into goal to replace the injured Mark Wallington. Back in the day you were allowed only 2 subs, so an outfield player ended up in goal and we completely thrashed the opposition with some long range blaster goals to boot. I think it ended up a 5-2 FA cup match win against the then also second division Shrewsbury. I remember feeling we were going to get a drubbing with a stand in goalkeeper but Smith got himself knocked out and came back to make a couple of really good saves. It was surreal.
Just for the sheer drama and amusement of the day, it was a once in a lifetime display of a GK performance. Everyone needs to live the moment, I found a highlights clip.

Wow you can see why they put F All effort into the games when you see the lacklustre training 😳
That looks like a very casual kick about. I’m not suggesting that the players get ragged in training…but there doesn’t seem any running or commitment just a run around 🤷♀️

We are surely going to sign somebody?? Ffs we need 4 players at least

Shearer and Richards on MOTD both came out and said PSR is broken and stifling ambition and gave Villa as an example.
Obviously Shearer has skin in the game with Newcastle but the more people call out this bullsh1t system the better.
As I've bored on about several times. If businesses want to gamble financially to achieve success and push up long term revenue opportunities it's for them to decide, and deal with the repercussions if that strategy fails. Villa aren't going bust.
League organisations should keep well out of it. They do next to feck all when things are really going t1ts up as with Wednesday. Bad owners can destroy a club regardless of spending or PSR restrictions.
Good post!!
FFP/PSR was only bought in to protect the top six clubs. The EPL don’t want clubs below them to have any success .That’s why the red cartel didn’t want Man City winning anything. So they made up all these false charges against them .

Can’t do that in the championship

Fair enough.. why didn’t they think of that last year. Chelsea have driven a coach and horses through the PL rules. But that’s seemingly okay

We should’ve sold our women’s team to ourselves… I’m sure there are other schemes that we should come up with..

That back four are awful. Soumare is dreadful and we haven’t a striker who can score. Apart from that…
