Wish we would copy Blackburn, give the job to a experienced old head who knows the club inside out.

Good luck to RM, I will not knock him till he starts ****ing up, and I feel he will sooner than later.
Hope he proves us wrong, crazier things have happened.

I can only think that people who want RM as manager are anticipating Lucy P may do something erotic at half time in front of the West Stand every home game.
I'm sold, when is she, sorry he arriving?

I'm not having a go at all but why do you guess this?
This is what I read from the judges report, but again we only have one man's story, so who knows.

This murder has really shook me up,
I wish we could know what was said between both young men before the stabbing, I'm guessing some racist remarks were probably thrown back and forth before the Sikh lad saw red.
Why are young men in 2026 turning on each other like this so easily, what are they seeing and reading on their 24 hours media device the mobile phone to make them fear the common man of another race or relgion.
Why do they want us to fear each other ?
This death will divide the country more.
And the police officers were pathetic but again I think they felt fear, you will make mistakes under fear, they made a devastating one.

One of the issues is that Martin makes it about his style of play, so there’ll always be that disconnection between fans and team. Think the worst excesses of Enzo ball but without the being a good coach thing, which Enzo fortunately was.
At this point we basically need a dog of a manager than likes 4-4-2, can develop youth and can actually put some pride in the badge, even if it’s ugly along the way.
This, totally agree, also RM has spoken about wanting to never change his style of play, even if it's not working out.
He's gonna frustrat the living life out of us.

Martin gets sacked at every club he’s at fairly quickly. We can’t afford the compensation if (when) it all goes to
pot.
Not a fan of RM but this is not true,
Didn't get sacked at Swansea and MK Dons.
He's not who I want but I will give the man a chance, everyone deserves that.
He does like giving youth players a chance, this is certainly something we will be needing next season, hopefully he can develop and improve them, but also this is where I have my doubts.

Surely there’s no local businessmen with huge funds that we need?
Could be ignorance of mine but surely you need a billionaire?
John Grayken has an estimated net worth of approximately $6.9 billion, he owns Charles Street Buildings Group.
The Charles Street Buildings (CSB) Group has been firmly rooted in Leicester since the 1950s.

I've been doing some investigating.
Charles Street Buildings Group has deep historical ties to Leicester and owns a vast portfolio of properties there.
In late 2024, the Dallas-based private equity firm Lone Star Funds partnered up & acquired a major portion of the group's mixed asset portfolio (about 40 assets) for nearly £580 million. Charles Street Buildings continues to hold and operate out of the East Midlands.
The global private equity firm Lone Star Funds is owned by its founder and chairman, John P. Grayken. Under his ownership, the Dallas-based firm focuses on distressed assets, real estate, corporate equity, and credit.
More interesting info.
1. Grayken’s firm is headquartered in Dallas, he lives in London because he can’t spend much more than 120 days a year in the U.S. without having to pay the U.S. taxman.
2. His long time number two, Ellis Short, who helped found Lone Star, left in 2007. Short did well enough at Lone Star to buy Sunderland FC.

Mike Ashley? He isn’t local is he?
It says local consortium, Frasers Group are based in Derbyshire, so if they mean local as Midlands then it could well be them.

What property do Frasers own in Leicester?
The fosse park store will be leased and the store in town is no bigger/smaller than what they have in most cities
Sorry my bad, your correct, he owns nothing in Leicester but he does have a lease to 5 stores in Fosse Park,
Frasers Group are based in the midlands,

I'm not positive about anything when it comes to our club at the moment but everyone deserves a chances, good luck to him.
He does talk well and maybe he can convince theses idiots to play for him, but I'm not holding my breath.
