I actually had contact with Jim this summer about how it could be improved....Same boat for me though as a season ticket holder since 2017 there's no chance of ever having a priority, despite the 60 away games I have been to including Europe.....One day they may sort it, but still hoping for the 3 /4/5/6 year rolling, rather than the 12 year rolling period! Been fed up even looking into it but still hoping..... I wont hold my breath

No shock it hasn’t changed again. 8 years of having a season ticket and I would have had to go to 200 or so away games to get any priority 😂 impossible to catch up even if I had. I'm bored of emailing them about it now….so easy to just have a rolling system but they just can’t be arsed
