The thing that really irritated me today was how Watson couldn’t get the ball into the box. It felt like he was there to just win corners. But we’re shit at set pieces.

agreed. But most were poor second half.

I quite enjoyed the first half. It felt like things were starting to click a little. Not world beating football, but look at our squad. We easily got the ball into good attacking positions but squandered a couple of chances. However RM did the usual… poor subs, bad game management, lost the lead through stubbornness/lack of ideas. The first half is then irrelevant if you can’t grind a 90 min performance. Even if we go on a winning run, we aren’t getting promoted this season. We need new ownership and new management before that happens.
