    At this point I feel like DT should have his own unique derogatory term. Lumping him in with your average moron seems a bit unfair to them. Same with any other insulting names we could call him really, deranged lunatics are probably saner than he is so although this is my preferred term for him, it doesn't seem to cut it any more, he's off the scale.

    Agreed, I thought he was amazing. As someone who was against him going at all I was glad to hear all the little digs he managed to get in, he was very well received too.

     

    Shame DT probably won't understand any of the references he made and it will all go over his head.

    looking for land online is a pain and there isn’t much out there 

    Some friends of ours did what Greb mentions, they were finding it hard to find a plot so in the end they bought an old bungalow, knocked it down and did a self build

     

    Edited to add: I also know people who bought a bungalow and built another storey on it, so while not exactly a self build they got a sizeable plot and used the existing footprint of the bungalow to make a much bigger property
