My daughter lives in Grantham and she’s obviously Leicester. I’ve seen a few Leicester shirts knocking about Grantham when I’ve been too, plus, a few Leeds shirts 🤷🏻♀️ It is mostly Forest though but not all, thankfully.
I live in Grantham and see quite a lot of City shirts tbf. Expect a drop off in the amount of Forest shorts seen in the wild as all the fans convert back to Man United/City, now that they are not going to Istanbul

Wish there was a managers window in Jan like the players one, where u can only sack and hire within a certain time. Would give top a kick up the arse then
We'd miss it by 14 seconds

Last time we were in the Championship we, Leeds and Southampton were miles better than anyone else. Then add in Ipswich who rode on a wave of momentum.
Early days, but it doesn’t look like the division will have so many outliers this time around. It’s poor to average including us.
The immensely frustrating thing is that it really wouldn’t take much investment in the transfer market to elevate us to automatic promotion hot favourites. Literally 2 or 3 players could do it but, sadly, still no real links
100% agree with this. The league is a lot weaker in terms of quality.
However, it's how we react. And it's a concern. We need investment in a few areas, it's clear to see.

"we'll give you £25m for mads?"
"No"
"Right ok, we'll look elsewhere then"
"Fine, have him for £18m"

Going to be called Dick Kone isn't he? We're a laughing stock. Rudkin out

Has a club ever made no signing and got promoted? Possibly back in the past, 40+ years ago when squads were smaller and there was less transfer movement.
We did it in 2013/14 didn't we? (Bakayogo came in but didn't play. Mahrez came in during Jan)

Wasn't one of ours, but when we brought Ryan Smith on at half time against Derby I thought he had it all.

Blackpool away, FA cup replay in 2005. Awful
-
Great win, not the prettiest, but one thing that is very noticeable is that the fight is back in the players
-
6 more wins and 6 more draws would do it I think.
-
Great win, great turnaround. Copper is a tactical genius and such a good looking bloke. Up the Citeh

Can we appeal this on the grounds we were a championship club last season?

After playing a mere 13 games, we've beaten last season's points tally

Brilliant performance. His distribution is top drawer. And he looks like he's enjoying his football which his great to see.

By no means do I think he's the finished article, however we've been crying out for a wide attacking midfielder on the right hand side for an age, and he's probably the best we have at the club right now. Glad he's taking this opportunity by the conkers, and I hope we see more of him, and more of the youth we have at the club. Just shows that we could've had the answer at the club all along, just wasn't given the opportunity.

Barnsley at home, 1998. Won 1-0, Theo Zagorakis scored

To put in the level of performance as he did tonight, whilst fasting, is remarkable

Outstanding performance and he's looking like a real prospect. This run of games has done him the world of good

Goals/games you missed...

Started a new job which meant a fair amount of travel and weekends away with work, so I decided to give my season ticket up. Got the job in June 2015....
